Nosakhare Ekhator
Nosakhare Ekhator is a fashion design student at the Accademia Costume & Moda in Rome. Born in Nigeria in 1998, he arrived in Italy at the age of 18. Nosakhare had begun training to be a tailor in Nigeria, and thanks to a course organized by Caritas, he was able to continue his studies, as well as start his own brand, Nosa Collezione, after his arrival in Rome.

Scholarship
Nosakhare Ekhator met the president of the Accademia Costume e Moda, Lupo Lanzara, through the project "The Shape of Water" organized by Artisanal Intelligence. Working with B&W-Black&White, and the Agata Smeralda Onlus, as well as private donors, Lupo Lanzara created a new scholarship that supports Nosakhares studies at the academy. He is the first student with international protection to be enrolled in this renowned institution.

Nosa at the B&W Lab
Nosa participated in all of the B&W Lab events, and helped to facilitate discussion and exchange among the participants. Listening some of the best fashion expert I learned to see fashion from a brother perspective, the importance of storytelling. The workshop opened my eyes to new possibilities of what fashion was and could be. (Nosa)

Nosa at AI Artisanal Intelligence - The Shape of Water, Altaroma 2019
Nosa Collezione was among the brands presented by B&W-Black&White in the AI Artisanal Intelligence exhibition in Altaroma.
It received great interest from fashion industry professionals who recognized Nosakhare's great potential.

Nosa at "Where is South?"
Moleskine Foundation
Nosakhare is among the B&W Lab participants selected to take part in the AtWork workshop "Where is South?" by Moleskine Foundation. His notebook is a visualization of his idea of the South, titled Freedom .

Collaboration with Lapà
B&W facilitated the collaborative relationship between Nosakhare Ekhator and costume designer Cristina La Pàrola for the first capsule collection of accessories (coordinated Bags and Masks) for her new brand Lapà by Cristina La Pàrola.
